My guess is that's a typo caused by a very poor page editor or document
translator. Look at the document source and see how bad it is. I agree
that the resulting format is misleading. It can be fixed easily, I'm
sure.

shows as though no line-terminators after name/value pairs
but "Format of MetaTXT" section says:
"The meta.txt file consists of one or more fields terminated by
CR,CR/NL, or NL"
is this just a presentation-level error in the whitepaper HTML
or am I misunderstanding things?
