We Are Live

Ladies and Gentlemen, the first public working draft has gone live on the
W3C site(1). This is a tremendous accomplishment for the group, especially
in such a relatively short time-span. I urge you all to send this link to
your contacts and urge them to leave feedback on the public list.  Thanks
