Mobile Web Best Practices 1.0 ( 5.3.2. Provide a Site Map)

In services oriented to WAP/iMODE devices (most of them with a small
display), Site Map should be the portal's menu copy, so that I think
that's not necessary. A big content list or the Site Map could made
navigation unsuitable (against point 3.1 "User Experience"); I think the
index menu should act as a content list of the Site's Map. Despite of
this, this recommendation will be able for bigger screen devices, such
PDAs.
