Mobile Emulator

Hi all,

Sorry again for not making yesterdays meeting.

I was going to give you an update regarding the mobile emulator work the
Segala took on at the last f2f.

The good news is our developers can do it! They've had a look at the code Jo
kindly offered and believe they can extend this without too much problem.

What I need to know is when we need to deliver this emulator. It would help
me immensely as i could then give the devs a schedule to work to.

Additionaly...

I have identified the following functionality to be delivered

   1. add GUI which will render web pages according to DDC
   2. provide functionality to change the DDC settings
   3. provide functionality for ADC

In addition to these, is there anything else that needs to be added?
