My question:
- Should we define a DDC screen height (same way it has been done for
screen width)?

For example, with 120 x 120 DDC screen size:
If a given web page contains contiguous content, which could
technically and semantically be separated into individual pages
(chunks?), and requesting it with DDC it exceeds 120x360px in length
without page break [FAIL]

I understand your example.
