Work continues on the document, still concentrating on section 3 "How Mobile Web Best Practices can Benefit Users with Disabilities" [1] which now has complete coverage of all the BPs. For each BP there is a paragraph for "How does it help especially users with disabilities?" and "Does it give me WCAG 1.0 compliance?". Each of these concepts is explained at the start of section 3. There is a table summarising how a BP-compliant site automatically complies with many WCAG checkpoints and what can be achieved with a little extra work.
