Hi everyone,

[TABLES_LAYOUT]: in the WCAG compliance of this BP, it said that if tables
are not used for layout, then WCAG 1.0 checkpoints 5.3 and 5.4 do not apply.
I mean that if tables for layout are used then WCAG 1.0 checkpoint 5.3
applies, that is, pass, but 5.4 does not apply.
