BOOST Working Group Meeting Follow-up

Dear BOOST Working Group Members,

Thank you for participating in today's productive meeting. Below are the
key decisions made and important action items moving forward.

Key Decisions Made

1. Serialization Format Decision

   - RESOLVED: The group has decided to use JSON as the serialization
format for the biomass open data standard
   - Key factors in this decision: JSON is the industry default, less prone
to spacing errors, and sufficient with good documentation
   - Linked-Data discussion to follow with sub-group.

2. Project Timeline Confirmed

   - Currently 25% complete in scoping/alignment phase (targeting end of
   June)
   - Drafting standard phase begins early July
   - v0.1 release target: End of July 2025

Core Schema Development Progress

   - Draft entity relationship diagram completed showing connections
   between key entities
   - Extensive attribute dictionary being developed with data types,
   descriptions, and relevant programs
   - Example JSON payload demonstrated for biomass transactions including
   entities, feedstock, quantities, and certifications
