BOOST Working Group Updates - Meeting Notes, Agency Engagement, Next meeting

Dear BOOST Working Group members,

I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to provide you with a brief
update on recent developments in the BOOST project since our last meeting
on June 25th.
Action Requested: Meeting Scheduling

Your input is essential as we move forward with finalizing the BOOST data
standard specifications.
Recent Updates

Since our June 25th meeting, we've made several important updates to the
project:

   -

Entity nomenclature cleanup - We've refined and standardized the naming
conventions across our data schemas to improve consistency and clarity
   -

Enhanced ERD documentation - Our Entity Relationship Diagram has been
updated with new visual representations and improved navigation
   -

Interactive feedback tools - We've enhanced the ERD navigator with
additional guidance to help stakeholders provide more targeted feedback on
   entity definitions
   -

Meeting documentation - All recent meeting notes and agendas have been
   properly documented and made accessible

Meeting Notes Now Available

All meeting notes from our working group sessions are now easily accessible
through our project website. You can find comprehensive documentation from
our kickoff meeting, June 11th session, and our most recent June 25th
meeting at: https://carbondirect.github.io/BOOST/#meeting-notes
Targeted Agency Engagement

We're entering a focused phase of agency engagement to gather feedback on
our data standards from key regulatory bodies. This outreach will help
ensure our specifications align with agency requirements and real-world
implementation needs.

Thank you for your continued participation and contributions to this
initiative.

Best regards,

Peter
