Travel Rule via Web Agent

Hi. members.
currently I'm researching and developing the Travel Rule solution
interVASP Messaging – A New Standard for VASPs <https://intervasp.org/>

many vendors are working currently.

and I think

web agents can be great gateway to send and receive messages between VASPs.

it was quite difficult to find how the blockchain and web can work together.
Travel Rule can be good example to maximize the usage of web agents.
