Blockchain Community Group Meeting notes

Greetings Blockchain community,With some recent "day job" movements, the community has decided to change up our structure a bit. I'm pleased to be joined by 3 other co-chairs who would like to collectively bring a more clear focus to our community group. We've attached a simple one-page slide to illustrate our objectives.
In order to make progress at whatever velocity can be sustained, I'll be working with my fellow co-chairs to bring in Scrum practices so that tangible progress on a weekly basis can be had.
