Hello All, In addition to Colleen I was also a new participant on today's call, so please allow me to introduce myself to the group in advance of the next call. My name is Michael Palage and while I have not directly participated in previously W3C activities, I have worked directly with a number of W3C representatives in connection with my over 19 year involvement in ICANN. By way of background I am both an engineer and a lawyer, so my interest in blockchain spans technical, legal and governance perspectives. While I appreciate the origins of blockchain centering around cryptocurrency, I have a particular interest in permissioned blockchains and their potential use in digital identity, government services, and the financial sector. I look forward to contributing to the Use Case document and sharing my thoughts in these areas. Best regards, Michael -----Original Message----- From: W3C Community Development Team [mailto:team-community-process@w3.org] Sent: Wednesday, February 8, 2017 12:06 PM To: public-blockchain@w3.org Subject: BlockchainCG online meeting minutes at 8/Feb/2017 [via Blockchain Community Group] Hi. today we had great time to talk mostly for use cases. here is the link for minutes. https://www.w3.org/2017/02/08-blockchain-minutes.html ---------- This post sent on Blockchain Community Group 'BlockchainCG online meeting minutes at 8/Feb/2017' https://www.w3.org/community/blockchain/2017/02/08/blockchaincg-online-meeting-minutes-at-8feb2017/ Learn more about the Blockchain Community Group: https://www.w3.org/community/blockchain
