Contributor taxonomy added to our Git Hub

Hello Community:
Thank you to Benedikt Herudek for suggesting that we include a way to acknowledge contributors. I have added a contributor OPML document to our Git Hub repository. (Benedikt, I put your name on it already). There was also a gentleman from Europe who is a taxonomic expert that provided feedback which I incorporated into our model. I am sorry, but I lost track of your name. If you care to identify, I will also add you to our contributors. (Of course, now that the document is out there, any future contributors will self serve).  The Contributor taxonomy includes a sector/industry where you come from. I think it will be cool to retain this concept so we can see how diverse the community is.
