A Survey: Academic Research Papers on Blockchain?

Hello All,

I am interested in knowing if there are enough academic researchers
interested in writing and therefore publishing papers on blockchain in the
year 2017. The target publishing date is either August or December, 2017.

If enough interests, I may be able to mediate and host a special issue
in a privileged
and highly-competitive journal. If you are interested, please give me a
reply.
