today we have talked followings
  - what is blockchain : continued
  - try to make charter/scope by differentiating other groups (like
hyperledger), survey
  - standardized approaches (exclude/replace BIPS, or totally differently
than BIPs)
  - use workshop as good milestone (let people aware blockchainCG,
unofficial meeting at workshop)

also we need volunteer to scribe meeting minutes.
