blockchainCG online meeting report at 2/Jun/2016

Hi.

I have posted today's meeting report.

also we are trying to change concall time again because of difficulty from
US members.

current concall time is 10pm KST (6am EST)
suggested concall time is 11pm KST (7am EST)

maybe EU members are still ok.

I need comment.
