Blockchain Logo?

Hi, folks–

I'm working on the banner for the workshop, to make sure it gets printed 
in time.

I wanted to include a logo for blockchain. I've seen several variations, 
but this one [1] seems the most widespread.

Do any of you know:
* if this is the logo of a particular company or website, or if it's 
generically used?
* if it's generic, who designed it, and what the license is?
