position papers for PC members

Hi all,

I wanted to introduce myself, since I haven't met a lot of you -- I'm Neha
Narula, and I work at the Digital Currency Initiative at the MIT Media
Lab.  I'm one of the chairs for the workshop.

It's very exciting to have so much interest in the workshop.  However, we
have a lot of people on the PC, and only a few actively participating.  In
order to figure out who is really committed, we'd like to create the
following requirement:  **If you are still interested in being on the PC,
please submit a position statement by next Friday.**

I know we're all busy people, but this will help us create a PC of really
engaged individuals.
