Blockchain Workshop PC Telcon

Hi, folks–

I'd like to set up a bi-weekly teleconf for the blockchain workshop 
program committee, starting this week.

Please fill out this poll to determine the least-bad time for everyone:

The poll is in US Eastern timezone; you can change your responses to 
your timezone on the upper-right above the table.

I selected a set of times that will be late afternoon for Europe, 
mid-day for US East Coast, early morning for US West Coast, and at night 
for Asia. I apologize that this is so inconvenient for most of you, but 
given the locations of people on the program committee, this was the 
best I could do for the largest number of people.

This is a large program committee; the chances are that many of you 
won't be able to attend the call. If you are unable to attend the calls, 
we still hope that you'll be active on the mailing list.

We have a very short period of time to finalize this workshop! I 
appreciate anything anyone does to pitch in.
