As a founding member of this community group I don’t believe my actions should be seen as a power grab. I am hoping to collaborate with the chairs in moving this group forward and discussing hypermedia on bitcoin. I have heard from w3c staff and now understand a policy change last year means community groups are no longer able to create GitHub organizations with the w3c name. I will be deleting the organization and ask the chairs to submit a request for a w3c-cg repository as outlined here https://www.w3.org/2016/04/cg-support/ I would love to move this group forward and begin focused, collaborative discussions. Thanks, Brian On Thu, Jun 15, 2023 at 1:58 AM Melvin Carvalho <melvincarvalho@gmail.com> wrote: > > > čt 15. 6. 2023 v 8:12 odesílatel Brian Richter <brian@aviary.tech> napsal: > >> I have taken the liberty of registering the @w3c-bitcoin github account. >> >> Chairs, please contact me with your github accounts to be added as admins >> to this organization. >> >> https://github.com/w3c-bitcoin >> > > -1 formal objection. > > Yes, it is a liberty and power grab. > > I am not comfortable with this individual admining the group. > > >> >> >> Thanks, >> Brian >> >
