Community meeting time slot change to 17:00 CEST

Dear community,
last year we moved our community meetings one hour back to 16:00 - 17:00 
CEST in order to increase the participation to the meeting. However, 
rather than getting more participants we are getting fewer. We are 
therefore reverting the meeting back to 17:00-18:00 CEST (16:00-17:00 
BST; 8:00-9:00 PDT).
