BioHackathon Registration Opens

Please see below for details on how to register to join the BioHackathon. We have three projects focusing on different aspects of Bioschemas to get involved with.

Project 5, Bioschemas - Enabling profile updates through the Data Discovery Engine (DDE), will be reviewing all our profiles and revising them using our new editing interface.

Project 17, Metadata schemas supporting Linked Open Science (with a focus on reproducibility), will be prototyping the profiles needed to support reproducible linked open science.

Project 23, Publishing and Consuming Schema.org DataFeeds, will be exploring how to create and consume dumps of data with schema.org markup instead of needing to crawl sites with millions of pages.

BioHackathon registration opens
7-11 November 2022 | Campus des Berges des Seine, Paris, France

The BioHackathon Europe brings together bioinformaticians from around the world offering an intense week of hacking on diverse and exciting projects. This year, there are 35 accepted projects and 60 funded project leads and invited attendees. All projects can be found on the BioHackathon website.
