Hi Franck Cyril and Bert would be best placed to give you answers to your questions but I believe that the simple answer is that the BioChemEntity is some wheat variant which is the subject of a PIPPA study. I've put one of the PIPPA pages (45) through the JSON-LD playground (links below) as I find that a useful way of visualising the data (see attached screenshot). https://pippa.psb.ugent.be/pippa_experiments/consult_experiment_basic_info/45 https://tinyurl.com/yd9rguwl In this example, we have a study linking to its subject which is some BioChemEntity, in this case some wheat variant. We use taxonomicRange to state the taxa that the variant is which we then connect to some species through the parent taxon. Hopefully that helps Alasdair -- Alasdair J G Gray Associate Professor in Computer Science, School of Mathematical and Computer Sciences Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK. I'd like to mention that tomorrow at the TDWG webinar, but I don't know anything about phenotyping nor genomics... Can someone just give me a quick insight into what BioChemEntity represents here, and how they relate to taxa?
