New version of Taxon profile and new TaxonName profile

Hi

Just to let you know that a new version of the Taxon profile has just been made available in draft form. The main change for this version is to use a new type, TaxonName, to capture the name associated with a Taxon. Links to the latest drafts of the profiles and types are below.
