I do see a link for "view rendered HTML" with a similar UI/UX to the structured data testing tool…

I was not meaning that it wasn’t available, just that the interaction has changed; Many would argue for the better. I do really like the fact that you can see the resources that the tool has detected which was potentially ambiguous with the previous version.
