Thanks for highlighting the issue with the lack of instructions for getting a mapping spreadsheet onto the website. This is something that we are working on improving. Currently there are some instructions on this wiki page

The options are either to run the GoWeb tool yourself (see instructions at the following link) and make a pull request against the project website, or we can run the tool for you and put the resulting webpage up.

It isn't clear to me how I update the draft specification on the bioschemas website to agree with the changes we have made to Workflow.

It is changed in the Google Drive folder but, despite having read the documentation, cannot see a way to get it onto the website.
