Meeting report and updated specification page

Hi All

Thanks to those who have been at the meeting this week. A lot of ground has been covered: improvements in the specifications, beginning of a new group focused on Chemistry, improved governance structures, and a lot of mark-up. There are now 12 repositories that have draft mark-up :) See the meeting agenda document for the live notes captured during the meeting.

I have updated the specification page on the web site to reflect the new display of style. Some of the specifications have already been converted to the new mapping spreadsheet, others will need to be migrated. I have also updated the names of the profiles and types to reflect the agreements reached in the meeting.
