I’ve also pushed this to production on identifiers.org <http://identifiers.org/>. Note that I have not included the following for now - 
date modified - I need to do a bit more work to get this information
accessURL - not in schema.org <http://schema.org/>
identifierPattern - not in schema.org <http://schema.org/>
example identifier - not in schema.org <http://schema.org/>
