Re: could we publish a new 0.9 version - SNAPSHOT at least?

I'd like to add my wagon

to the train.

I has mostly been reviewed by Alexandre for the RDFReader feature in Jena
and Sesame.

I subsequently added 2 features:

   -     FromLiteral.scala : add implicit def LongFromLiteral ,
   FloatFromLiteral
   -     add jsonldReader in JenaModule

I'll rebase and squash, as was asked.
It may be complex, as I merged several times since 2015.
