I think most of you are on www-tag, but even so it's probably good to get these into the archives over here... I announced them to www-tag so that TAG members could (and maybe would) read the documents in their current state before the F2F next week. Information Resources and Web Metadata http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/awwsw/ir/20110517/ Providing and discovering definitions of URIs http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/awwsw/issue57/20110531/ I was rushing to make a variety of changes so didn't keep close track of what I changed relative to what you all might have reviewed. Most changes were made in order to follow suggestions raised on the telcon with Harry and David. For the second I substantially rewrote (again) the two critical sections, now called 4.4 Coerce an information resource to what it defines its URI to name 4.5 Change what dereferenceable absolute URIs mean I added several more figures, including ones for those sections, and I think they help a lot. I followed David's organizational suggestion and added 'criticisms' parts to all sections describing discovery methods, which I think improves the flow. Anyhow, comments are welcome, as usual. I'm still pushing toward an announcement (after I get TAG and team feedback on content and process) of a successor of the issue 57 document on one or more lists where there are people who might care. It will be loudly marked as directed toward strengthening or reforming httpRange-14. Jonathan
