I wanted to start a conversation about information-things that have
the property that some URI would be of help in specifying it - that
is, doing one or more GETs would provide information bearing on which
information-thing is meant. This would be without prejudice as to
whether the URI is being used as a name for the thing, or not.

For example, you might want to talk about a particular representation;
or a web document with or without transclusion; or the future
trajectory of the stream of representations yielded at the URI; or the
output of a javascript program served from that URI.
