I've had a couple of requests to add figures, so I've done so - four
of them, I think.

If I pay $140 I can upgrade my Omnigraffle to the version that
generates SVG.  For now they're PNGs.

Also changed the title, and boxed some of the examples, and rewrote 5.5 again.

I plan on changing the example details - not a canoe for sale but
something more consequential. Thanks to Tim Danford for his advice.
