I've updated the draft report [1] now - please have a look at it so that we
can fix the sections today and assign responsibilities. I'd suggest to move
to a proper location ASAP, such as done with [2] ...

@Jonathan: if you enable CVS access for me at '2001/tag/doc/', I can put it
there as soon as we're ready to go ...
