Jonathan, I got the technical/formal details of the example we talked about working, but now I wonder if we can find an example that uses something other than time to come up with a contradiction. http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/dj9/story.html#aboutness-and-the-need-for-redirection http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/dj9/story2.html http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/dj9/badmeta-pf.html p.s. This is my 2nd try sending this msg; 1st time failed because the mailing list is configured to accept posts only from subscribers. (The norm these days is to allow anybody subscribed to any W3C mailing list... or something close to that.) My work-around was to appoint myself to the task force. If that entails agreeing to some charter, I'd appreciate a pointer, as it didn't come up while I was looking around. -- Dan Connolly, W3C http://www.w3.org/People/Connolly/ gpg D3C2 887B 0F92 6005 C541 0875 0F91 96DE 6E52 C29E
