We seem to be squarely and unavoidably in information-resource territory. Let's wallow for a while. Agenda: Consider various consequential things that one might say, or choose to be prohibited from saying, about IRs either particularly or categorically, with the aim of teasing out agreements and disagreements, if any, over our various IR concepts. If we succeed then we will have a set of requirements that say "what does (Remember that IR-ness is important because it relates via httpRange-14 to admissibility of 200 responses, and because particular 200 responses have the potential to be inconsistent with one another and/or with assertions made separately about the IR.)
