Hello.
The configuration of this list has been changed in response to a request
from Tim Berners-Lee. Tim has asked that this list be db-backed, and
contain the members of this Task Force, as well as members of the TAG.
This list is now db-backed, thus, auto-{subscribe,unsubscribe} is turned
off. List unsubscription occurs only upon exit from the Task Force (or
TAG).
