Workshop announced, today's task force call cancelled

Please share the workshop call for participation with appropriate
colleagues and acquaintances.

As several of our core task force participants are either at
conferences or traveling, we should cancel today's call. I will be on
there at the start if anyone shows up since this is extremely late
notice and willing to discuss any topics of interest.
