We fell victim to lack of standardization around daylight savings. MIT
WebEx uses EST as the timezone. W3C generally quotes times in EST for
meetings, I try to cite 

I will update our automated reminders and wiki pages for the new times.
Europe changes back from daylight savings on the 25th of March.
