Cancel 2G-VIS call

We should cancel the 2G-VIS call today and discuss as part of the
regular Business Group agenda tomorrow.

Reasons for cancelling:

-4 hour call on forwarding VISS to CR today

-regrets due to daylight savings shift being staggered in different
timezones (4am and 5am for GMT and CET)

At the last 2G-VIS call there were relatively few attendees. These
calls have had a number of technical debates and they were originally
created to come up with a plan on how to go forward. On this last call
there was interest in working on a proposal on how to move forward and
this would be better to discuss with more people present.

Business Group call tomorrow.
