(one day session for RSI specification in Burlingame) RE: Draft Agenda for BG call today!

Hi. Ted.
Thanks for good point.

There was some discussion for this in the BG call today. One day session for RSI specification in the TPAC period would be good for making the progress. If we can have a meeting room in the TPAC event, that is perfect to us. Could you check this? If that is not possible, PatrickB could reserve the meeting room in the research office of his company which is 10 minutes distance from Hyatt Regency.

I think the Thursday or Friday might be good to us. So for the joint meeting with other groups you mentioned, as a first stage we need to clarify which joint meetings might be valuable to us in the TPAC. Then it is required to setup the session with the groups we want.

What do you think?

Kind regards,
Wonsuk.

I'm also inclined for a dedicated day.

We will need to plan the week carefully since we likely will want to have liaisons with other groups like Web Payments, Web of Things and WebAppSec. Some of them are meeting different days than our F2F and some people are perhaps not

Wednesday of that week has a conference track open to the public and I believe that is when we are having an Executive Summit. One or both will have auto session. Genivi is helping to line up speakers and I will likely not be able to get away that day.
