WebIDL bugs in Vehicle Data document v 2014-May-13

I noticed a number of Web IDL errors in the May 13 version of 
<https://rawgit.com/w3c/automotive-bg/master/snapshots/data_spec_snapshot_latest.html>. 
In particular, the only types that can be prefaced with unsigned are 
short, long and long long (unsigned boolean, byte and float are not 
permitted).

I recommend using the online WebIDL checker:

I also recommend you directly include in the boilerplate of this draft 
report the mail list for comments.
