Below are the details that Adam sent out last week:

We have secured a conference room for Thursday Oct 9th and Friday Oct 10th.  We have the room on Thursday all day and I suggest we have a full day meeting.  For Friday we have the room up to 3pm so this will be a shorter day.  Also on Friday we’ll have to pay for our own lunches and either eat in the hotel restaurant or go out somewhere.  Lunch will be provided by GENIVI on Thursday however.
