[apparently I started but didn't send this message earlier] Last month at a COVESA Technical Steering Committee meeting, we heard a proposal for working on a common ecosystem for exchanging vehicle data. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NDZPA3S25F6HPzMKYeTFQpKP_pIr_K4V/view I shared what is taking place in the COVESA Commercial Vehicle activity, W3C Automotive Privacy Principles group as well as discussions to potentially align with Mobility Data Space which is starting to consider our Commercial Vehicle approach and also intends to work on consent, provisioning, service level agreements etc to further enable a connected vehicle data marketplace. Explainer deck to COVESA board of CV proposing upgrade to Expert Group (board approved the activity at their mid-July meeting and Ford has nominated a co-chair who will be helping Thomas Spreckley at ETAS and myself lead). https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1ZZDrdcHoT2ekSbWx3mToBv4m3DOX6L2YPFBa_vmj41I/edit#slide=id.g2cd0b7ba5c0_0_177 W3C Auto privacy draft deck for a future workshop to discuss what the industry should do to create an interoperable ecosystem. https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1vES6slcF-DmAEoEtkCspi1IrHRc7MLPj/edit#slide=id.p1 -- Ted Guild Geotab Connectivity Standards Lead Visit www.geotab.com Twitter <https://twitter.com/geotab> | Facebook <https://www.facebook.com/Geotab> | YouTube <https://www.youtube.com/user/MyGeotab> | LinkedIn <https://www.linkedin.com/company/geotab/>
