Call for consensus - Candidate Recommendation

Per W3C process, this email is a call for consensus of the Automotive

Working Group to move the Vehicle Information Service Specification

version 2, specifically Core and Transport, to Candidate Recommendation.

W3C Automotive Working Group participants have two weeks to provide
