Daylight savings transition **Schedule change for tomorrow

Europe has changed their clocks to Winter time and North America doesn't
until next weekend. As the COVESA VSS call is anchored in CET and W3C Auto
WG in EST, those calls will conflict tomorrow.

After trying feedback on shifting one or the other, Gunnar and I decided to
combine this week.

We will meet on VSS Zoom at 18GMT, 19CET, 14EDT, 11PDT

Although a decent number of people make both calls, several are only on one
or the other so it would be good to get to know each other. Typically if
there are a number of new people we do introductions at the start but since
we will be combining meetings and want to further topics, suggest we forego
this call.

* Announce intent to hold workshop on VSSo, WoT, Digital Twin in January
and welcome input to wiki (5 min)
