RPC and BP call schedule for 2022

We have decided to cancel the biweekly BP call and have the RPC biweekly
call that alternates with it transition to weekly. This will take affect
starting 10 January 2022 as some will be at CES the preceding week.

RPC is ramping up and Best Practices calls are somewhat sparse. I hope to
find time during this end of year slowdown to take portions from the
in-vehicle applications best practices wiki and put into a document we can
publish in January. We hope to provoke feedback with it and can bring those
topics to the regular WG call when they arise.
