Deck for Gen2 RPC session.

All,

I put together the attached deck to use as a backdrop / agenda for the RPC session. I believe this would go under the Gen2 roadmap slot, but I am open to move it around.

My plan is to do screen sharing during the session and update the w3c wiki live with notes and conclusions.
