Auto landing page updated

Largely based on work from a former colleague and Marty's, Frank
Scibilia (bcc), I have updated our auto landing page. 

I thank him for the time he spent listening to Marty and coming up with
the narrative, our MarComm team for the layout and the WG for its
review and suggestions last week.

The Auto WG description on the left is a remnant from the previous page
and will give it some thought. We are leaving off a couple areas such
as the other domains (notifications, media etc) until they are taken up
in earnest. Similarly waiting for liaisons with other standards bodies
to settle before listing them.

Suggestions welcome now and over time, helping keep it from becoming
outdated again.

For the Auto WG page, I am waiting to see how this other project goes
that is dynamic, data backed.
