But are there any more restrictions to the graph? Some questions for a better understanding: 
- Can a resource appear in multiple services? 
[LUE] every service is self-contained. So it could happen that the same definition for a resource appears in multiple services.
- Can an element be directly connected to a service? 
[LUE] an element is always part of a resource. A property in the element can point to a service, resource or element.
- Does an element connect to more than one resource?
[LUE] no, it is always part of exactly one resource. What can happen is, that the implementation uses the same data for both elements and thereby creating something like "same element in two resources" but the expectations must be they are different.
