Given regrets from a number of participants we felt somewhat hesitant on resolving a couple pull requests which prompted us to continue discussion on process rules. Previously agreed conventions: https://www.w3.org/auto/wg/wiki/Main_Page#Github_Conventions We do not have a maximum number of days for review, only minimum. 21 calendar days (3 weeks) seems sufficient and should accommodate other work demands. When there is dissent in PR comments, they tend to get wedged. Smaller Pull Requests suggested with multiple logical commits. Problematic commits can be removed from a PR, issue raised and handled in subsequent PR. These specs are drafts and subject to change. The group can decide to accept a PR as largely beneficial but not perfect based on comments critiquing specific aspects and create issues to discuss further refinement on problematic areas. Chair can announce on our mailing list intent to resolve PR at subsequent Auto WG call and direct additional feedback in github. Peter would like us to reach conclusion on the three outstanding pull requests on next week's call. https://www.w3.org/2019/11/12-auto-minutes -- Ted Guild <ted@w3.org> W3C Automotive Lead https://www.w3.org/auto
